We strongly recommend all clients arrange travel insurance. For your protection and peace of mind we have arranged a Special Holiday Travel Insurance Scheme with AXA Insurance (UK) plc.
We summarise below the details of the insurance cover provided which also includes INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL RESCUE - 24 hour emergency service. The following is a brief summary of the cover available. Full details of Cover, Policy Warranties and Exclusions will be forwarded with the confirmation of booking. In any event you may ask for a specimen copy of the Policy Wording before booking should you wish to examine this in advance.

For holidays over 3 days Cancellation, curtailment, holiday abandonment and medical and other expenses, personal property and money - excess £30.00 each and every incident per insured person.

In accordance with "The Package Travel, Package Tours Regulations 1992" all passengers booking with Eden Tours
are fully Insured for the initial deposit and subsequently the balance of all monies paid to us, including repatriation if
required, arising from the cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of Eden
Tours.
A certificate detailing this cover will be given to each and every passenger as evidence of cover. Please ensure that
you have been given the appropriate certificate(s) at the time of booking.
This insurance has been arranged by Towergate Chapman Stevens through igi Insurance Company Limited.
Quality Coaches for Safe, Relaxing Travel.
Drivers and couriers are carefully selected to ensure your holiday travel is as safe, comfortable and as relaxing as possible. The updated fleet of coaches for continental tours will be fitted with reclining seats, toilet, washroom and hot drinks machine, air ventilation, highliners for extra viewing and air suspension for extra comfort. Most continental coaches will have Air Conditioning.Coaches for British and Irish holidays will be of similar standard. Most will have toilet and washroom facilities, air conditioning but there is no drinks machine; suitable stops for all tours are made at motorway services for refreshment en route. Eden Tours are agents for Morris Coaches, Mid Wales Travel, Hats Coaches, G&M Coaches and Lewis Rhydlewis.
Convenient pick-up times and locations
Most departures for Continental holidays will leave Carmarthen around 5 a.m. and for British holidays around 8 am to 10 a.m. However, those north of Lampeter and south Pembrokeshire will be earlier. These times are only estimated and will be confirmed nearer to departure dates.Special Discounts-Children and Groups
Discounts are available on most tours for children who share rooms with two fare paying passengers. And if you organise a group of twenty or more we'll arrange a special discount and pick up wherever you wish in the areas listed below.In either case please contact our office to discuss your plans.Excursions
Entrance fees are not included on tours in this brochure other than stated. Several excursions are included in the price of your holiday.
